Fun, fulfilling and beneficial
to participants, their employers and the countryside, WILD TEAMS is a
new concept in effecting team-building that lasts.
Dorset Wildlife Trust, Dorset's leading environmental charity,
and The Colour Works, a training company specialising in team dynamics
and behaviours, have together devised a unique training scheme. A two
day event offers the opportunity for staff to explore in depth how their
team relationships work and how, within their teams, they can play to
each other's strengths. The scheme also provides a way of putting this
newly-acquired knowledge into immediate action at one of DWT's nature
reserves, carrying out a variety of real, practical tasks.
